NCYC will take place November 16-19, 2023 in Indianapolis, Indiana
Look at the Information Packet above for details of this retreat.
 

• All links for registration are above in blue font! Complete them, and turn them into parish offices or email to Mary at [email protected] !

• Your spot is not guaranteed until you pay the deposit of $250/person. Checks should be made out to “Heart of Mary” with NCYC in the memo line.

• Additional payments can be made by following the directions below under "NCYC Payment Information"

Cost: $825 per person including adult chaperones. There are opportunities for fundraising to offset that amount and it will be the individual's responsibility to be a part of the fundraising efforts.

There is financial assistance available from the Archdiocese. The financial assistance application and information can be found here

• Cost includes: conference fee, charter bus service, 3 nights hotel stay, 2 t-shirts, trade items,  two meals, and snacks.
 

Expectations: 

• Attend 2 meetings in the fall to go over logistics, get to know each other, and prepare our hearts for this retreat

• Attend send-off Mass at home parish!

• Youth and parents fill out paperwork and online forms above so Mary can submit information to the Archdiocese
 

Faith Mentor/Adult Chaperones
Adult chaperones are needed. Please note that this experience is geared towards teens and having too many adults can take away from that experience. If you are planning to attend as a chaperone you are agreeing to help the kids have a positive faith-filled experience. You will be expected to be responsible for a group of 4-6 teens during the trip. You will also be expected to attend the NCYC meetings with the teens as well as one adult-only Faith Mentor meeting to discuss conference details next fall. Steps if you already have an account with myEoffering:

Go to members.myeoffering.com

Sign in and follow the instructions above for setting up an offering and a one-time donation. Select NCYC Payment 2023. Be sure the appropriate church is selected as described above.

Steps if you don’t already have an account with myEoffering:
Go to members.myeoffering.com
Click the Register button and follow the instructions

Once you have successfully registered by confirming your e-mail address, click on Churches from the menu bar at the top of the screen and search for your parish.

• If you belong to Sacred Heart, Walker OR St. Mary, Urbana, select Sacred Heart, Walker/St Mary, Urbana (please note that the system does not use a period after “St” in “St Mary”).
• If you belong to St. Mary, Vinton, select St Mary, Vinton & Heart of Mary Cluster (please note that the system does not use a period after “St” in “St Mary”).

Select your church by clicking on the name as shown above. If you wish, you may type in your Envelope number. This is the number that is printed on the budget envelopes you receive in the mail. Then click on the Join+ button in the lower right-hand corner.

Click on Wallets on the menu bar at the top of the screen. Wallets are the funding sources (checking account or credit card) for your offerings. Click on the Add a Wallet+ button. Name your wallet (i.e., "Sally's checking") and enter your account information. Then click on Add Wallet+.

Click on Offerings on the menu bar at the top of the screen. Click on the Add New Offering+ button. Choose a one-time donation and then click on the date you want to make your offering. Click Next>. Select the fund for NCYC payments: NCYC Payment 2023. Enter the amount of your payment. (You may also wish to cover the transaction fee at this point, which is 2.75% if using a debit/credit card or 30 cents per transaction if using your checking account.) Click Next>.

Confirm the transaction details are accurate and then click Submit.
